While our pre-booking window is open, every order on our website is a pre-booking. You reserve your size now with a booking amount paid online, and pay the balance online before dispatch or in cash on delivery.
These terms apply to your pre-booking together with our Terms of service, Shipping policy and Returns and exchange policy. Where they differ, these terms apply.
Your size is reserved as soon as your booking amount is paid, and we email you a booking confirmation. Until the booking amount is paid, your pre-booking is not confirmed.
All 12 shades can be pre-booked, in every size we have in stock. You can pre-book more than one pair, with a booking amount for each pair. When a size is fully booked, the store shows "Pre-book full for this size".
During the window, orders can only be placed as pre-bookings: paying the full price upfront is not available, and coupons cannot be used.
When your jeans are ready to dispatch, we ask for the balance.
Your booking is never forfeited automatically if the balance is late. Until your order is dispatched, you can pay the balance or cancel for a full refund.
We plan to dispatch pre-bookings between 15 Dec 2026 and 1 Jan 2027. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location, and shipping is free. We email you the tracking details when your order is on its way.
Your pre-booking is fully refundable from the moment you book until 7 days after delivery.
Before dispatch, you can cancel at any time and get back everything you have paid. Use Cancel and refund on your order page: the refund starts straight away, with no approval needed. You can also ask us by email or on WhatsApp, and we will cancel it for you.
Online payments are refunded to your original payment method through Razorpay. We email you the refund ID, and banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to credit the amount. There is no cancellation fee.
If your order has already been booked with the courier and the order page cannot cancel it, contact us and we will cancel it for you. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.
Within 7 days of delivery, you can return your pairs with a free door pickup for a full refund of everything you paid, online and in cash, or exchange them for another size. The online part is refunded to your original payment method and any cash part to your bank account or UPI ID. Our Returns and exchange policy has the details.
If your pre-booking has not been dispatched by 1 Jan 2027, we will write to you, and your order page will give you a one-tap choice: keep your booking with a new dispatch date, or cancel for a full refund of everything you paid.
When your booking amount is paid, we email you a booking confirmation. It is not a tax invoice. Your GST tax invoice is issued after dispatch, for the full price, and you can download it from your order page.
Product images on our website are a guide to each shade and the fit. The actual jeans may differ from the images, for example in colour on your screen. If your pair is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
We may close the pre-booking window at any time. Closing it affects only new orders: pre-bookings already made carry on under these terms.
